The installer plugs the fibre drop from the house to Port 3 of the Terminal. Port 3 corresponds to FC1072A pr 91 which was cross-connected at the CSP. Prior to installing the pair, the installer must take a dB reading to ensure the fibre is within the allowable limits of -22 dB. This pair tested at -16 dB at the pedestal.
